The Career Coach:

Please click on the button to schedule a free 30-minute consultation when we will discuss your current situation and the fee structure for the coaching package that is best suited for you.

Following the consultation if you choose to register as a client, we will meet via on-line video for 4 one-hour coaching sessions.

You will be assigned homework for each of our sessions to assist the coaching process. This homework and any other exercises will be managed through your own personal client portal and all information will be maintained as personal and confidential.

You’ll receive a career coaching summary at the conclusion of the coaching sessions. This summary will outline key discoveries during your coaching and guidance based upon your inputs.

You will choose how to apply the work that you have completed through coaching.
C2 Career Coaching utilizes materials commonly associated with The Holland Occupational Themes. This is a theory of personality that focuses on career and vocational choice and was developed by John L. Holland over the course of his career. The Holland Occupational Themes groups people based on their suitability for six different categories of occupations.
